Use NowNEW DELHI: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has declared the seat allotment result for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 counselling today, November 30. Candidates who participated in the Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2024 can download the seat allotment list through the official website, medical2024.mahacet.org/NEET-PGM-2024.
Candidates will have to enter their degree type, course, CET CAP application number, NEET roll number, all India rank, and date of birth to og in and download the section letter.
As per the NEET (PG) 2024 information brochure issued by the state CET cell, selected candidates will have to report in person to join physically from November 30, 2024, to December 4, 2024, by 5:30 pm. The last date to submit the status retention form is December 4, 2024, by 5:30 pm, which must also be done in person.
“If the candidate joins his/her Round-1 seat and wants to upgrade his/her allotted seat, then he/she shall NOT fill Status Retention Form and will have to fill fresh choice(s) for Round-2,” the information brochure read.

Maharashtra NEET PG Counselling 2024: Free exit policy
The admitting institute will have to verify the documents and confirm the eligibility of candidates as per the NEET (PG) 2024 guidelines before finalising the admission. During physical reporting, candidates are required to deposit all the necessary original documents and pay the applicable fees.
Those candidates who are selected in Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 round 1 counselling but fail to report to the allotted institute will be considered to have opted for a 'free exit,' which is allowed only in round 1. No new registration is required for such candidates. However, they can participate in Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 round 2 by logging in with their previous registration details and submitting fresh preferences.
