Check NowThe Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (CET) cell has announced the Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 counselling round 1 seat allotment for undergraduate medical admissions. A total of 8,129 MBBS and 2,517 BDS seats have been allotted through the NEET UG round 1 allotment result.

Candidates can download the Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 round 1 seat allotment results pdf through the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org.
Those who have been allotted medical seats at various private and government medical colleges across Maharashtra, should have to join the allotted institute by September 4 up to 5:30 pm.
Maha NEET UG 2026: Over 100 reserve seats vacant
According to the Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 round 1 seat allotment list, 8,065 students have been allotted MBBS seats , while 2,444 candidates got BDS allotment.
Moreover, there are 64 vacant seats under the Persons With Disability (PwD) and Orphan category, and 73 left for the PwD, Orphan and IQ seats after the Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 counselling .
Allotted college will verify the original documents and find the eligibility of the candidate as per the NEET UG 2026 guidelines.
“This list is Provisional Selection list and the admission will be confirmed after verification and submission of Original documents as per Candidate’s claim,” the official notice reads.
Candidates should have to submit all the original documents as per their claim and pay requisite fees in the selected college within the stipulated time. Notably. Those who fail to report to the college by the deadline, their selection will be cancelled.
