Manav Rachna International Institute to offer CPA qualification with MCom degree

NEW DELHI: Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS) has signed an agreement with Grant Thornton Bharat, to provide a programme for students. The School of Commerce (SoC) at MRIIRS will now offer a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification at the Master of Commerce (MCom) level.
As per the institute, the two-year MCom with CPA programme will cover various accounting areas, including financial reporting, auditing, corporate governance, and US taxation. The partnership aims to equip students with industry-recognized qualifications and practical knowledge in accounting.
As part of this initiative, Grant Thornton Bharat will provide the content for both MCom and CPA courses, ensuring students receive industry-relevant education and practical insights.
This will enable students to enhance their learning through skill-based certification programmes, corporate exposure, and promising global career opportunities. Expert lectures, workshops, seminars, and training programmes will further enrich their education, significantly boosting their future career prospects.
