Manipal University Jaipur commences B.Tech 2020 admissions

Manipal University, Jaipur has started the application process for B.Tech 2020 admissions. Candidates can now access the application form in only online mode. Before filling out the application form, the candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria. All of the required details have to be filled out in the application form. Admissions will be done on the basis of score of MET, JEE Main or 10+2 merit. Manipal University currently offers 11 B.Tech courses for admissions.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are required to meet certain criteria to be eligible for admissions into the B.Tech courses offered by Manipal University. If the eligibility criteria are not met, then the candidates will not be allowed to participate in the admission process. The criteria is a bit different for MET rank holders and direct admissions.
For MET Rank Holders & Direct Admission - Foreign/NRI/NRI Sponsored/ PIO/OCI Category

Candidates should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects, along with any one of Chemistry or Computer Science or Biotechnology or Biology or Statistics or Engineering Drawing as optional subject

Minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics should have been scored by the candidates.
Direct admission – Indian Students
The following candidates will be eligible for direct admissions (in branches where seats are likely to remain vacant):

All remaining MET 2020 rank holders, i.e., those who did not/could not come for counselling OR
-
All students who have a JEE Main rank and have qualified for JEE Advanced in that year OR
-
All other Students with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects and who have 50% or equivalent (in PMX subjects) in their 10+2 from recognized board or equivalent qualification as recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or other competent body, (where X could be Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology/Statistics/Engineering Drawing).
Application Process
The application form for B.Tech 2020 admissions into Manipal University, Jaipur is now available in online mode. Candidates will have to fill out the application form with their personal, academic and contact details. If the application form is not submitted, the candidates will not be allowed to participate in the admission process. The required application fee also has to be paid by the candidates.
