Out of the total number of students who took the test, which was 18,561, a total of 13,618 students successfully passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 73.37 percent. In contrast to several other states, in Mizoram, boys have achieved a higher pass percentage than girls, with 74.38 percent of the students qualifying. On the other hand, the pass percentage among girls stood at 72.48 percent.

This year, the compartment test will be taken by 106 students, whereas 4837 students did not pass the exam. The breakdown by division shows that 1st division was secured by 3,801 students, followed by 2nd division with 5564 students, and 3rd division with 2921 students. Additionally, 738 students achieved distinction. It is worth mentioning that 74 schools achieved a flawless 100 percent pass rate in the class 10 results.

Mr. Rajesh Sharma, the Education Director of Mizoram, has revealed that 1,500 children from Manipur have registered in schools throughout the state. The sudden influx of students from Manipur to Mizoram has piqued interest and highlighted the educational prospects available in Mizoram.

Students who are dissatisfied or unhappy with their scores in the MBSE HSLC result 2024 Mizoram have the option to request a re-evaluation of their answer scripts. It is important to note that the marks obtained after re-evaluation are definitive and will not be subject to any further changes. The application forms for MBSE HSLC re-evaluation can only be accessed online. Each subject's re-evaluation application fee is Rs. 500. The re-evaluated HSLC result is expected to be announced in June 2024.

The MBSE HSLC compartment exams in 2024 are conducted for students who have not obtained passing marks in one or two subjects. According to PTI, an official from the Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) has stated that the results for the class exams will be announced on Tuesday. The chairman of MBSE, JH Zoremthang, mentioned that the results will be declared at 12 pm. Students can view the results at the MBSE office located in Aizawl's Chaltlang, as well as on the websites mbse.edu.in and mbseonline.com.

The MBSE also includes provisions for grace marks, assisting students who do not meet the requirements in one or two subjects. This policy enables students who narrowly miss passing a single subject to obtain up to four additional marks during supplementary exams.
