The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a notice for candidates who want to convert their nationality for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Post Graduate 2025 (NEET PG) round 3 counselling.

Those medical candidates who are willing to convert their nationality from Indian to Non-Resident of India (NRI) should have to send their relevant documents through email at nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com.

Candidates can send their documents for conversion of their nationality from 10 am of January 15 to 10 am of January 17, 2026.

“All such candidates are advised to be in touch with the MCC website (www.mcc.nic.in) for further course of action. Mails received before/ after the stipulated time will not be considered. Candidates are advised to send all documents enclosed in single mail only, within stipulated time,” as per the official notice.

NEET PG 2025: Document required

Candidates looking forward to participating in the NEET PG 2025 counselling round 3 for admission to MD, MS and postgraduate programmes and willing to convert their identity from Indian to NRI can check the list of documents required.

  • NEET-PG admit card and score card.
  • Proof of NRI Status of the parent or relative.
  • Valid passport.
  • NRI certificate issued by the competent authority (embassy or Indian
  • consulate).
  • Visa, residence permit, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card or PIO card, if applicable.
  • Certificate of relationship between the NRI relative and the candidate issued by the competent revenue authority through the family tree.
  • Affidavit (notarized) by the NRI relative stating that they will sponsor the entire
  • course fee and living expenses of the candidate during the period of study duly supported
  • by NRE (Non-Resident External) bank account pass book or birth certificate.
  • Passport of candidate or sponsorer (optional).
