NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - undergraduate (NEET UG 2025) is the single-largest medical entrance examination for the most sought after MBBS course after Class 12. However, for those who want to pursue medical courses without appearing in NEET, there are several other options.

The most popular courses without NEET include BSc Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Veterinary Science, and Psychology. However, admission to BSc Nursing for central universities are done through NEET score and rank. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) announces the allotment results for BSc Nursing along with the MBBS, BDS AIQ counselling.
College of Nursing Dr RML Hospital, New Delhi, College of Nursing BHU, Varanasi are some of the colleges that admit students to its BSc Nursing course through MCC NEET counselling. However, All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS Delhi) conducts its own entrance exam for offering admission to BSc Nursing courses.
As per the eligibility criteria, candidates who have passed the Class 12 with physics, chemistry, biology or mathematics (PCB or PCM). Some universities and state governments also conduct entrance exams for BSc Nursing admissions.
