NEW DELHI: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has extended the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2025 registration deadline for phase 1 till March 28. Earlier, the MET 2025 registration deadline was March 15. The MET 2025 registration form can be accessed by visiting the official website at manipal.edu.

The MAHE has also announced the MET 2025 exam dates. The MET 2025 exam will be held on April 18 and 19. The MET 2025 phase 1 slot booking and admit card dates are yet to be announced. As per the schedule, the MET 2025 result will be declared in the second week of June.

The MET 2025 registration fee is Rs 600 for all candidates. The MET 2025 exam fee is Rs 1,400. The MET 2025 fee can be paid online using debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking.

MET 2025: Eligibility criteria

The MET 2025 eligibility criteria are as follows

  • Candidates are required to have qualified Class 12 with physics, mathematics and english as compulsory subjects along with chemistry or biotechnology or biology as optional subjects.
  • Candidates are required to have secured 50% marks in physics, mathematics and any one of the optional subjects.
  • There is no age limit for MET 2025.
  • Candidates are required to secure 50% in MET 2025 to be eligible for counselling process.

MET 2025 exam pattern

The MET 2025 exam will be conducted in online mode. The MET 2025 exam duration is 2 hours. The MET 2025 exam will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. The MET 2025 exam will carry 240 marks. As per the MET 2025 marking scheme, candidates will get 4 marks for each correct answer, and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. There is no negative marking in NAT questions.

The MET 2025 paper will be divided into 4 sections- Mathematics consisting of 15 MCQs and 5 NAT questions, Physics with 10 MCQs and 5 NAT questions, Chemistry with 10 MCQs and 5 NAT questions, and English with 10 MCQs and no NAT questions.
