Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has started the phase 1 slot booking process of the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2026. Candidates can complete the slot booking through the official portal of MAHE at manipal.edu. Registered candidates can now select their preferred exam schedule by accessing the online test booking service (OTBS) for MET 2026 through the official website.
To proceed with the slot booking process, applicants need to log in using their credentials like MAHE application number and OTBS password. The default password for MET 2026 OTBS login will be the candidate’s date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
The window will close on April 2, 2026 at 11 pm. The admit cards for MET 2026 are scheduled to be issued on April 10, 2026. The phase 1 examination is set to be conducted on April 13 and April 14, 2026.

To book a slot for the MET 2026 phase 1, candidates follow the steps given below:
Visit the official website of MAHE at manipal.edu.
On the homepage, click on the slot booking link.
Enter the login credentials like: OTBS password and MET 2026 application number.
Check the personal information and then select the "book a seat" tab.
Choose the preferred test city, exam time and date.
Select the name of the test center (if many), verify the address of the testing facility & the number of seats available for each time slot and then click "book" and then "Ok."
Click "cancel" to make changes or "confirm" to finish the reservation.
For MET 2026, the examination will be conducted in two slots each day. Slot 1 candidates must report by 8 am, with the exam scheduled to begin at 9 am and conclude at 11 am. Meanwhile, slot 2 candidates are required to report by 1 pm, with the test commencing at 2 pm and ending at 4 pm.
