MH CET 5-year LLB application begins on Jan 10; Exam on April 21

New Delhi, January 7: The Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra (DHE Maharashtra) publishing the MH CET Law 2019 notification has announced the 5-year LLB application schedule. As per the official notification, the online entrance test will be held on April 21, 2019 for MH CET 5-year LLB. The online registration of MH CET LLB 5-year will be begin on January 10, 2019. Candidates can fill the MH CET 5-year LLB application form till March 10, 2019. The application process of MH CET LLB 5-year will be solely carried in the online mode.

Who are eligible?

For five year LLB, candidates should have successfully completed a senior secondary course (+2) or equivalent from a recognized university of India or from a secondary board or equivalent or any foreign institution recognised by that country’s government with at least an aggregate of 45% for open  category candidates, 40% for SC/ST candidates from Maharashtra, 42% for OBC, SEBC, VJNT, SBC candidates from Maharashtra.

There is no age bar for candidates wanting to pursue the law programmes.

How much is application fees?

The mode of MH CET law 2019 application fee payment is online. Candidates will have the following options available for payment - Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallet. Following is the MH CET LLB application fee breakup.

What is paper pattern?

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for 5-year LLB admissions will be an computer-based test. The online MH CET for 5-year integrated law admissions will be held for two hours in as many as 53 cities across India. There will be 150 questions carrying one mark each. The linguistic medium of MH CET 5-year LLB will be English and Marathi.

While MH CET LLB admissions to the five year integrated LLB programme is offered by 153 colleges affiliated to the state universities, the three year LLB programme is offered by 218 colleges affiliated to 11 state universities.
