NEW DELHI: The State CET cell, Maharashtra will commence the counselling of MH CET law 2022 for 3-year LLB from September 30, 2022. The MH CET law counselling is an important part of the admission process during which candidates will have to choose law colleges in the order of preference. The last date to register for Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for 3-year LLB is October 10, 2022. CAP will be conducted in three rounds for admission to over 140 colleges in Maharashtra.

Candidates should have the following documents in hand to register for CAP:
Scorecard of MH CET law 2022
Birth certificate
MH CET law 2022 Admit Card
Domicile certificate
Caste certificate (if admission is sought under reserved category)
PwD certificate (if applicable)
Candidates can fill the choice of colleges at the time of MH CET law registration and pay the counselling fees of Rs.5000.
Candidates who have secured a non-zero score are eligible to participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The MH CET law CAP will include the following steps.
CAP Registration
Document submission by the candidates
Option exercise (Selecting law colleges in the order of preference)
Document verification by counselling officials
Release of provisional lists for MS (Maharashtra State) and OMS (All India) categories
Release of final merit list or seat allotment list
The final merit list of candidates included in CAP will be published on October 18, 2022.
CAP round 1
The seat allotment for 3-year LLB CAP round 1 will be announced on October 21, 2022. Candidates included in the merit list will have to report to the allotted college and seek admission between October 22 to October 29, 2022. Then the colleges will upload the admitted candidates name on their official portal till November 2, 2022.
CAP round 2
The final merit list for CAP round 2 will be released on November 18, 2022. The seat allocation will be done by November 20, 2022.
CAP round 3
CAP round 3 will be an institutional round to fill the vacant seats. Each participating college will upload the merit list on its notice board and website. The merit list will also be available on CAP portal on November 12, 2022.
The MH CET law counselling for 5-year LLB commenced on September 26, 2022. The last date to register for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for 5-year-LLB is October 06, 2022.
