MHT CET 2020 PCM exam begins tomorrow; No entry to Covid positive candidates

NEW DELHI: Maharashtra common entrance test cell is all set to conduct the MHT CET 2020 PCM exam from tomorrow. The exam will be conducted on October 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19 and 20. There will be two shifts for MHT CET 2020 each day, morning shift from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and afternoon shift from 2:30 to 5:30 PM.
Admit cards for MHT CET PCM group are available online on the official website
mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in
. Candidates must download their MHT CET 2020 admit card and take a printout of the same without which they will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
The CET cell has issued special exam day instructions for candidates which are mentioned in the admit cards. Candidates must adhere to all instructions strictly. Candidates must note that they will not be allowed to appear in the examination if they are covid positive.
MHT CET 2020 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates must maintain social distancing at the examination venue.

Candidate must bring his/her own Mask, Gloves, personal Hand Sanitizer, Transparent Water Bottle, a Black/Blue Ball Pen and the examination related documents like MHT CET Admit Card 2020, Original Photo ID Card. No other items will be permitted inside the Examination Venue.

Candidate must have the Aarogya Setu App installed on his/her mobile phone. The Aarogya Setu dashboard must show the Candidate's risk factor. Candidates will have to show this dashboard to the Security Guard at the Entry point of the Examination Venue. THIS IS MANDATORY.

In case any candidate does not have a smartphone, he/she will have to bring in a signed declaration provided along with the admit card and show the same to the security guard at the entry point of the examination venue.

Candidates showing COVID symptoms WILL NOT be given entry into the Examination Venue

Entry Time shall be messaged on the registered mobile phone one day prior to the exam.

Body temperature of every candidate will be checked at the entry to the examination Venue
A total of 1,66,107 students had registered for MHT CET 2020 PCM exam. Also, 90,524 is the number of candidates who appeared for PCB and will also appear in the PCM exam. In total, 4,51,906 candidates are registered for both MHT CET 2020 PCM and PCB exams.
