NEW DELHI: Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET 2020) for engineering admission has been postponed till further notice. The CET Cell, Maharashtra has issued a notice dated March 24 stating “MHT-CET 2020, which was scheduled from 13th April 2020 to 23rd April 2020 has been postponed till further orders. Students are advised to regularly visit website the official website www.mahacet.org for the regular Updates and Notice”

MHT CET 2020 postponement is the latest in line of exams which has been postponed due to ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Many exams including the JEE Main 2020 April and many state entrance exams have been postponed due the Covid-19 disease born out of coronavirus.
The decision has been taken on account of the nation-wide lockdown called by the government to avoid further spread of the disease. Students who have applied for MHT CET 2020 are advised to keep preparing for the exam and regularly check the official website for the announcement of new exam dates.
The admit card of MHT CET 2020 is scheduled to be released on April 5 and doubts are clouding on the release of admit cards too. Although the authority has not issued any notice regarding the delay in dates of admit card release, possibilities are there that it may get delay.
