In MHT CET 2025 final answer key, cell revises 17 answers, awards full marks for 40 questions

The Common Entrance Test cell has issued the final answer key for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) 2025. Accordingly, candidates have been awarded full marks for 40 questions while there is a change in the MHT CET answer key 2025 for 17 questions. Based on the final answer key, MHT CET result 2025 will be declared for both PCM and PCB groups on June 16 tentatively on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.

Full marks have been given to the MHT CET 2025 candidates in cases where the questions had multiple correct options, no correct option, or if a question was itself incorrect.

The exam authorities received a total of 1,414 objections against the provisional answer key. The subject experts found 40 objections to be correct including seven in physics, four in chemistry, 28 in mathematics, and one in biology.

“In 13 sessions of Biology, one (1) objection was correct, in 28 sessions of Chemistry, four (4) objections were correct, in 28 sessions of Physics, seven (7) objections were found to be correct and in 15 sessions of Maths, 28 objections are found to be correct. Thus total 40 objections have resulted in awarding full marks to the candidates of the respective session,” the CET cell said in the latest notification.

MHT CET 2025 final answer key: Total objections

MHT CET 2025 answer key was issued on May 22 and candidates were allowed to raise objections against the provisional answers by May 24.

MHT CET 2025 was conducted from April 9 to 17 for the physics, chemistry, and biology (PCB) group and from April 19 to May 5 for physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) group. The exam was conducted in 28 sessions.
