NEW DELHI: The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has announced the final extension of MHT CET 2025 registration for engineering, technology, pharmacy, BPlanning, MPlanning (integrated) and agriculture education. Candidates will be allowed to submit the MHT CET application form with late fee from tomorrow.
The MHT CET exams 2025 for the physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology paper (PCM and PCB) will be held on April 19 to 27 and April 9 to 17 respectively. As per the MHT CET final extended schedule, candidates will be able to register for the Maharashtra CET by February 27. Applicants will be given one extra day after the registration deadline to make payment for the entrance exam.
JEE Main, JEE Advanced, MHT CET score is used by the engineering colleges in Maharashtra to offer admission to BE, BTech, BArch and undergraduate professional courses.
The MHT CET online registration and confirmation of application form has been hosted on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, Candidates will have to pay an additional late fee of Rs 500 for all categories.

The MHT CET syllabus 2025 for the entrance exam will be based on the curriculum of State Council of Educational Research and Training Maharashtra. Around 20% weightage will be given to Class 11 syllabus and the remaining 80% weightage for Class 12 syllabus. There will be no negative marking and the “difficulty level of the exam will be at par with the JEE Main”.
