Candidates who registered for the entrance exam can make changes in their MHT CET 2026 application form on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.

Candidates will be allowed to edit their MHT CET 2026 application form by March 7. “It has been observed from emails received from candidates that many of them made minor mistakes while filling out the application form and have requested the office to allow them to correct these details by visiting the office,” the CET cell said.
As per the MHT CET schedule, the MPEd entrance exam will be held on March 24, 2026, followed by the field test on March 25. The MEd entrance exam will take place on March 25, while the BEd entrance exams will be conducted from March 27 to March 29, 2026.

MHT CET Form Correction 2026: What details can be edited?
As per the MHT CET registration statistics, a total of 1,16,013 candidates have registered for the BEd, MPEd, and MEd CET exams 2026.
In terms of MHT CET 2026 registrations , 2,516 students applied for MPEd CET, while 3,952 students registered for MEd CET. The highest number of applications were received for BEd (General and Special) and BEd (ELCT) CET, with 1,09,545 candidates registering for the exam.
Last year, 2,384 students registered for the MPEd CET, 3,809 for the MEd CET, and 1,16,585 candidates for the BEd CET, according to the CET Cell.
Candidates are being given an opportunity to correct the details mentioned below in the MHT CET application form.
- Candidate's Name
- Date of Birth
- Photograph
- Signature
- Gender
- Candidates who have not selected the ELCT option can opt ELCT option and vice versa (only for BEd)

How to edit the MHT CET 2026 application form?
Candidates can edit their MHT CET application form by following the steps given below.
- Go to the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.
- Click on the “CET (Examination) portal for A.Y. 2026-27” link.
- Log in using your application number and password.
- Make the necessary corrections in the MHT CET application form.
- Click on the “submit” button.
- Take a printout of the edited MHT CET application form and save it for your future use.
