MHT CET 2026: Maharashtra CET Cell will issue two admit cards for the first time; exams from March 24

Check NowIn a first, the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET) will issue two admit cards for the computer-based MHT CET 2026 examination. The college entrance test, conducted for admission to 17 Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programmes, will be held from March 24 to May 16.
The Maharashtra CET cell will issue two MHT CET admit cards for the academic year 2026-27, one will be provisional, while other will be the final exam hall ticket. Notably, the provisional MHT CET 2026 admit card will be the city intimation slip, which will include details on the city of the examination centre.
Candidates will be able to download the provisional MHT CET 2026 admit card through the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org within 8 to 10 days before the commencement of the entrance exam.

MHT CET 2026 provisional, final admit cards
“In this provisional admit card, the student will be able to know which district and city he has come to for the entrance exam. While filling the examination center, he has to fill in four districts in the order of preference. Accordingly, this temporary admit card will provide information about the city and district in which the student's examination center is located,” according to an official statement.
Whereas, the MHT CET 2026 final admit card will contain details about the address of the examination centre, code, name, and other details related to exam day.
The MHT CET 2026 final admit card will be released three to four days before the exam begins.
“All students are required to verify the details of their examination center along with district and taluka and download their final admit card,” the statement reads.
The CET cell has also announced that temporary admit cards for MPed, MEd, and MHMCT exams are available on the official portal. The examination for these courses will be held on March 24.
