MHT CET CAP 2024 registration for BE, BTech closes today; eligibility criteria, fee details

NEW DELHI: The state Common Entrance Test (CET) cell, Maharashtra will close the MHT CET Centalised Admission Process (CAP) 2024 registration today, July 28, for admission to BE, BTech courses. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the MHT CET CAP 2024 registration form by visiting the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.

Earlier, the MHT CET CAP 2024 registration deadline was July 24. According to the official website, MHT CET CAP 2024 applications received after July 28 will only be accepted for non-CAP seats. As per the MHT CET CAP 2024 schedule, the document verification and application confirmation will get over by July 28.

MHT CET CAP 2024 final merit list on August 6

The MHT CET CAP 2024 provisional merit list for Maharashtra and All-India applicants will be available on July 31. As per the MHT CET 2024 counselling dates, candidates can submit their grievances from August 1 to August 3. The MHT CET CAP 2024 final merit list for BE, BTech admissions will be published on August 6.

MHT CET CAP 2024 eligibility criteria

• Maharashtra State candidates are required to pass Class 12 or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects, securing a minimum of 45% marks. However, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Scheduled caste (SC), and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates are required to score 40%.
• All India candidates must hold a Diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks. However, EWS, SC, and ST candidates are required to score 40%.
