The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh will announce the MP NEET UG counselling 2025 round 1 seat allotment results tomorrow, August 18. Once the MP NEET round 1 allotment 2025 is announced, candidates will have to report to college from August 19 to 23, as per the revised schedule. NEET UG counselling 2025 updates

Candidates will be able to access the MP NEET allotment result on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in. Students can also opt for seat cancellation till August 24 and upgradation till August 23.

MP NEET counselling 2025 seat allotment result will be published online in PDF format. Candidates who are allotted seats will need to report to the designated colleges, along with the required documents for verification purposes.

Candidates are allotted seats based on merit rank, preference filled, reservation criteria, seat availability, and other factors. The MP NEET seat allotment 2025 list will include details of the candidate, the allotted institute, and the allotted course.

For MBBS admissions, there are a total of 2,638 seats in government medical colleges, 2,200 in private medical colleges, and 1,170 BDS seats in private dental colleges on offer.

Recently, DME Madhya Pradesh has informed that students opting for round 2 or mop-up seat upgradation are required to submit an affidavit of Rs 500 about serving rural areas and also completing the seat leaving bond, if not upgraded.

Furthermore, the results of 79 UG candidates were withheld over a petition of power outrage in Indore and Ujjain exam centres. Candidates were allowed to participate in the counselling process after the National Testing Agency (NTA) declared their results. MP High Court revoked the direction to NTA to conduct NEET re-exam for affected candidates, citing that last-minute weather changes were not under the control of the exam conducting authority, and there was sufficient natural light to complete the exam.
