MP NEET UG 2025 mop-up round merit list out; 16,494 eligible for MBBS, BDS admission

Try NowThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has published the revised MP National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) merit list for the mop-up round 2025. The updated list includes 16,494 candidates eligible to participate in the NEET UG 2025 mop-up round for Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) admissions.
Candidates allotted seats in the mop-up round of MP State NEET UG 2025 counselling are required to report to their respective allotted medical or dental institutes between November 5 and November 8, 2025.
During this period, candidates will have to complete the admission formalities, including document verification and fee payment, to confirm their seats. Failure to report within the stipulated dates will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat and exclusion from further NEET UG 2025 counselling rounds.
As per the official notice, certain candidates highlighted in the list have been debarred from the state NEET UG counselling process. The DME has also issued a separate list of All India admitted candidates, comprising 416 names, who have been weeded out from the mop-up and subsequent rounds of MP State NEET UG 2025 counselling. The merit list and weeded-out candidates list are available on the official website — dme.mponline.gov.in.
MP NEET Counselling 2025: Documents required
Candidates will have to carry the following documents for the MP NEET 2025 mop-up counselling.
- Candidate class certificate (PH/FF/SN)
- NEET result/ NEET scorecard
- Income certificate
- NEET admit card
- Affidavit of not being the domicile of stated other than MP
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Domicile certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
