MP TET 2019 High School exam to be held on February 1; check details here

NEW DELHI, JANUARY 23, 2019: Professional Examination Board, Bhopal has released the examination date for MP High School Teacher Eligibility Test 2019. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 1 in two sessions. However, the exam date for MP Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test has not been announced yet.

Besides announcing the exam dates, the authority has also informed about the shift and timings of the exam. As per a notification released by PEB, MP TET 2019 for high school will be held in online mode from 7.30 am to 12 pm and 2.30 pm to 5 pm on February 1 in online mode.

Earlier, MP TET for high school was scheduled to be conducted on December 29, 2018, while for middle school, the exam was slated to be held on January 19, 2019. As per an official notification released by the exam conducting body earlier, the exam dates were shifted for a month. However, the exam dates were not announced earlier but have been announced today for MP TET High School, January 23, 2019.

The admit card of MP TET High School for the registered candidates will be available in online mode tentatively in the third week of January on the official website - http://peb.mp.gov.in . In case candidates find any discrepancy in the admit card details, they must contact the exam conducting authorities and get the necessary corrections done in MP TET 2018 admit card .

After the exam, Professional Examination Board, Bhopal will release the MP TET answer key within a few days for high school. The result of MP TET High School is expected to be declared in March 2019 in online mode. Based on the result of MP TET, candidates who have applied for high school will be eligible to apply in schools of Madhya Pradesh.

Professional Examination Board, Bhopal conducts MP TET for assessing candidates eligibility and aptitude for becoming teachers for high schools and middle schools in Madhya Pradesh. The exam of MP TET High School and Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted separately. This year, the exam conducting body has released as many as 17,000 and 5,670 vacancies for MP TET High School and MP TET Middle School for the post of teacher respectively.
