NABARD young professionals programme offers a monthly stipend of Rs 70,000. The contractual engagement is for one year and may be extended up to three years based on performance and organisational needs.

The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has invited applications for engagement as Young Professionals on a contractual basis. The recruitment is aimed at providing exposure in areas related to policy research, programme evaluation, and strategic initiatives in rural development and agricultural finance.
Eligible candidates can register for the programme through the official website at nabard.org. The last date to fill out the application form is January 12. The duration of engagement will be one year, which may be extended up to a maximum of three years based on performance and organisational requirements.
To register for the programme, candidates from all categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 150. “Young Professionals shall be paid a monthly stipend of ₹70,000/- (all inclusive). Income tax or any other tax liable to be deducted as per the applicable rules will be deducted at source before effecting the payment,” the official notification said.
As per the official notification, the selection process will involve application screening followed by an interview. Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated by the Young Professional Selection Committee, and final selection will be based on combined performance in presentation and interview. The last date for printing the submitted application is January 27.
