NVS has started the registration for JNV class 6 admissions 2023-24. Know how to fill NVS class 6 application form @ navodaya.gov.in

NEW DELHI: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has released the NVS Class 6 application forms for 2023-24 JNV admissions. The class 6 NVS admission form can be accessed in online mode through the official website - cbseitms.rcil.gov.in and navodaya.gov.in.
The JNVST exam for class 6 admissions 2023-24 will be held on April 29, 2023 and the result for the same is likely to be announced in June 2023. Students can register and apply for NVS 6th class admissions till January 31, 2023. Thereafter, NVS will also open the correction window for the students to make any required corrections in their application forms. Students can check the application process and eligibility criteria below for NVS class 6 admissions 2023-24.
Visit the Navodaya Vidyalaya’s official site- navodaya.gov.in. or cbseitms.rcil.gov.in.
Click on ‘NVS class VI registration’.
Enter all the asked information like - Class 5 school details: State, district, block, school name, basic details, contact details, category, examination medium, annual income of parents in the appropriate fields.
After that, fill the second section of communication details which includes: Present residential address,
Now, fill out academic details in the next section of 'previous school details'.
Upload the documents and images in the respective fields and click on the “Submit” button.
Check all details entered in Navodaya Class 6 admission form 2023 and ensure they are correct. In case of error, edit the form and correct it.
Click on the 'Submit' button to save NVS Class 6 admission 2023 form.
Note down the application number and download the copy of the confirmation page.
Resident: The candidate must be a bonafide resident of the district concerned where the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya has been located.
Educational qualification: Candidates must be studying in class 5 in the academic session 2022-23 in a government/ government aided/ recognized school in the same district where JNV is functioning and to which he/she is seeking admission. The candidate must have also studied and passed classes 3 and 4 from a government/ government aided/ recognized school spending one full academic session in each class.
Age: The candidate must be born between May 1, 2011 and April 30, 2013 (both the dates inclusive).
