NCHM JEE 2021: Exam to be conducted today in remote-proctored online mode; all important instructions here

NEW DELHI: NTA is going to conduct the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Exam 2021 (NCHM JEE 2021) today; on August 10, from 2 to 5 pm. Due to the prevailing pandemic, the NCHMCT exam 2021 will be conducted in-home online-proctored mode. Candidates will be taking NCHMCT JEE 2021 exam from their location, on a personal computer or laptop with stable internet connectivity. Candidates must keep requisite documents and follow all the guidelines to ensure a smooth conduct of the NCHMCT JEE exam.

The candidates must keep one of the following photo identification proof along with the hard copy of the NCHMCT admit card for verification purposes

• PAN card

• Driving License

• Voter ID

• Passport

• Aadhaar Card (with the photograph)

• Ration card

• Student ID

NCHMCT JEE 2021: Important Instructions

• Candidates are not required to visit any NCHM JEE exam centre for appearing in the exam. They can appear for the NCHM JEE 2021 exam from their respective location(s).

• They should sit in a place where they would be able to appear in the NCHMCT exam 2021 peacefully without any interruption during the exam.

• Candidates are required to take NCHM JEE 2021 on laptops or personal computers which should have a functional web camera and microphone. They will not be able to take the exam on mobile phones.

• Candidates have to ensure uninterrupted power supply and stable internet connectivity, during the duration of the NCHM JEE exam.

• Candidates are required to make their own arrangements for laptops or personal computers. Neither the National Testing Agency (NTA) nor the National Council of Hotel Management (NCHM) will make any arrangements in this regard.

• Candidates are required to report for the exam, online, or log in at 12.30 pm.

• No candidate shall be permitted to report for the exam after 2.00 pm.

• Candidates can submit and leave NCHMCT JEE 2021, whenever they complete the exam.

• No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without NCHM JEE admit card and valid ID proof.

• Candidates will be required to show their NCHM JEE exam admit card and ID proof before the camera, when asked to do so, for verification purposes.

About NCHMCT JEE

National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination, commonly known as NCHMCT JEE, is a national-level entrance exam conducted once a year for admission to the hotel management programmes offered by the participating institutes across the country. The entrance exam is being conducted in a home-based online proctored test for 3 hours.
