NDA 1 Written Exam Begins; Stay Tune for Live Updates

NEW DELHI, APRIL 21: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is conducting NDA 1 written exam on April 21, 2019. The exam is being held in offline mode across multiple exam centres in 41 cities. The written exam is being conducted in two sessions – morning (10 to 12:30 pm) and afternoon (2 to 4:30 pm). As per the exam pattern, NDA comprises of two papers - Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). Each paper of NDA is being held for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Some of the coaching Institutes like Cavelier, Aim & Achieve, Baalnoi Academy or Major Khalsi will release the unofficial answer key after the exam. Candidates with the help of NDA answer key can check the number of correct answers marked by them during the exam.

April 21 (10 am) : In the morning shift, UPSC is conducting Mathematics paper. The total marks allotted to this paper is 300.
April 21 (12.30 pm) : The exam of Mathematics paper is over. The questions were asked from different topics like Set theory, Relations and Functions, Calculus, Trigonometry, Geometry etc.
Important points of NDA 2019 exam

No candidates are allowed to enter the examination hall with NDA admit card.

Candidates are requested to enter the examination hall 20 minutes prior to the exam time for both the shifts.

Candidates have to carry any one photo-identity proof, black ballpoint pen along with the admit card inside the examination hall.
- 1/3 rd mark is deducted for each wrong answer.

No mobile phones, calculators or any other electronic gadgets/device are allowed inside the examination hall.
