NDA 2020 Application Form Out; Apply For 418 Vacancies

NEW DELHI, JANUARY 8: Union Public Service Commission has released the application form of NDA (1) 2020 on January 8 in online mode at its official website - upsc.gov.in. The application form has been released along with the detailed notification. As per the notification, the last date to fill NDA application form is January 28, 2020. The application fee for NDA is Rs. 100, however, for SC/ST candidates, sons of JCOs, NCOs and ORs, no application fee has to be paid.
Who can apply for NDA 2020?
Unmarried male candidates who have passed class 12 or appearing in class 12 with Maths and Physics can fill NDA application form. Also, they must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age.

• Click on ‘Examination’ option

• Select ‘Active Examinations’

• Select NDA-I 2020

• Click on the direct link of NDA application form

• Proceed to fill part-I and part-II of the NDA 2020 application form.

NDA 2020 Vacancies
Through NDA 2020 notification, the authorities have invited applications to fill a total of 418 vacancies, the details of which are mentioned below.

• Army - 208

• Navy - 42

• Air Force - 120 (Including 28 for Ground Duties)

• Naval Academy - 48

It is advised to the candidate to fill the application form beforehand to avoid last minute confusion.
NDA exam is conducted in two stages - written test and SSB Interview. Candidates getting shortlisted in the final merit list will be able to get admission in Army, Navy and Air Force. The exam is conducted twice a year - April (NDA 1) and September (NDA II). This year, NDA (I) 2020 exam is to be held on April 19 in offline mode at various centres in 41 different cities across the country whereas, NDA II exam will be held on September 6, 2020.
