NDA (I) 2019 result for written exam announced; 7927 candidates qualify for SSB

New Delhi, June 19: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the written exam result of National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I) 2019. According to the result data, 7927 candidates have successfully made it to SSB process. Candidates should take note that this exam was conducted by the Commission on April 21, 2019. The result is declared by authority in pdf format only. Candidates can visit the official website of commission http://www.upsc.gov.in and can check their result with their names and roll numbers. Candidates, whose roll numbers are mentioned in the result have qualified for interview by the Services Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence for Admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of the National Defence Academy for the 143th Course and for the 105th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 2nd January, 2020.

Candidates should be aware that those whose roll nos. are shown in the list is provisional. As per the conditions of their admission to the examination, “candidates are suggested to register themselves in online mode by visiting the official website of Indian Army ‘joinindianarmy.nic.in’ within two weeks of declaration of NDA (I) 2019 written result. The successful candidates would then be allotted selection centres and dates, of SSB interview by the authority on their registered email ID. In case of any query/ Login issue, email be forwarded to dir-recruiting6-mod@nic.in. Candidates are also requested to submit original certificates of Age and Educational Qualification to respective Service Selection Boards (SSBs) during the SSB interview process.
The marks of candidates will be released by the commission within 15 days from the date of declaration of NDA result. UPSC conducts National Defence Academy Examination to select candidates as Commissioned Officers in the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA and Naval Academy Courses. Candidates who apply for the exam undergo a rigorous selection procedure that comprises written exam and SSB Interview.
