New Delhi, May 5: NEET 2019 (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) has just concluded at 5 pm. More than 15 lakh students have appeared for the entrance exam. While for some, this is a second attempt, for many, it is a first attempt. At stake are 66,771 MBBS and 27,148 BDS seats and the competition extremely high. NEET 2019 Post exam student reactions:

One students felt that overall NEET exam was easy with easy subjects being Physics and Biology. Most questions were from NCERT

Mayank from Assam - Exam was good and most questions were from NCERT and this exam paper was better from the previous one. Biology was easier than expected.

Shrayas mentioned that he didnt do well in Chemistry as it is his weak subject but the exam difficulty level was moderate. While Physics and Biology were easy enough for someone who prepared well, the surprise factor was that most questions were from NCERT text books.

General consensus of many students was that that NEET 2019 was an easier paper compared to the one in 2018. Most questions were from NCERT text books. This has lead to the doubt that cutoffs may be high if the exam is of easy or moderate difficulty levels.

NEET 2019 Pre- exam reactions:

Understandably, many students were nervous as they have prepared very hard but are aware that they need to qualify the exam before getting a shot at admissions. Keshab who studied in Allen Kota wishes to get a good MBBS seat considering he has prepared well in Biology and Chemistry which is his strong point. Shivam who is from Panipat has not taken any coaching and feels his preparation is good and his strong point is Biology. He is passionate about his profession. Saakshi from Bahadurgarh, Haryana has taken coaching and feels that Biology is her strong subject. She wishes to join AFMC. Ram Krishna Prasad hails from Bihar, but has opted to write the exam in Delhi. This is his third attempt and he has prepared well with expectations to get into KGMC medical college.
