NEW DELHI, June 5: National Testing Agency (NTA), has released the final answer key of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) on June 5 in online mode. The final answer key has been uploaded after the conclusion of the key challenge facility which was open for the candidates till June 2, 2019. The authority has published the answer key for each paper code given at the time of the entrance exam. Candidates had been given an opportunity to challenge any answer deemed fit with a payment of Rs 1000. Based on the number of challenges that havebeen accepted answers in the official answer key, the final answer key has been compiled.
NEET final answer key
The final answer key has been uploaded for all paper codes, namely, code P (1-6), code Q(1-6), code R( 1-6), code S (1-6). The final answer key has also been uploaded for code E1, F1, G1 and H1 for candidates who appeared for NEET on May 20, 2019.
The official answer key is the most credible source to ascertain the probable score secured in NEET. The exam conducting body had released a provisional answer key on May 29 and the OMR response sheets of each individual candidate on May 31, 2019.
NEET Result to be out by 12 PM
Soon after the release of final answer key, NTA will be declaring the result for NEET. Reportedly, the Higher Education Secretary, R Subrahmanyam has announced that NEET results will be declared by 12 noon today. The result will be uploaded on the official website ntaneet.nic.in. Candidates will have to login by entering their application number, date of birth and security code to access their result. The result will be released in the form of scorecards and merit list. Along with the result, the cutoff scores corresponding to the qualifying percentile will also be released.
Those candidates who will qualify NEET will be eligible to participate in either central counselling conducted by MCC or state counselling conducted by the respective states or both. Seat allotment for MBBS/ BDS seats will be based on the NEET scores.
