At the time of writing this report, the JEE Main website where NEET result is now hosted, is working fine. So, candidates can breathe a sigh of relief and check their results.
How to check NEET 2019 result @ JEE Main website

Go to JEE main website - jeemain.nic.in

The candidate will be directed to a log-in page
-
Fill in NEET 2019 roll number and date of birth to login
-
Upon successful login, the result would be displayed in the form of scorecard
-
Download and take a printout of the scorecard.
Please note that candidates not longer need to enter security pin, like they earlier had to do when the result was hosted at NTA website.

NEET exam statistics
NTA has today also released exam statistics along with the result. Out of 14,10,755 who appeared in the exam, 797042 candidates have qualified in the exam.
The exam is topped by Nalin Khandelwal, who scored 701 marks out of 720. Bhavik Bansal and Akshat Kaushik took the next two spots respectively, with both scoring 700 marks.
