NEW DELHI : In view of the massive outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to delay the release of the admit card for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). As per the official brochure, NEET admit card release date is March 27, 2020. However, as per the latest reports, the ntaneet.nic.in admit card is likely to be postponed due to the lockdown of 21 days. NEET 2020 admit card new date will be announced after the lockdown.

The admit card of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020 is a mandatory document in order to enter the examination hall. Therefore, it is expected by the authorities to put an end of all these speculations as soon as possible and release a final date for NEET 2020 admit card.
Statement by NTA officials on NEET admit card postponement
Careers360 also had a conversation with the authorities where they had mentioned that there are certain chances that the NEET admit card 2020 might get delayed. However, the authorities have advised the candidates to keep track on the official website ntaneet.nic.in for further information.
As per the reports, NTA NEET hall ticket is likely to postpone and new dates will be announced after the lockdown.
While the news has not been confirmed yet, there are higher chances that NEET 2020 admit card will not be released on March 27. There are also great chances that the new dates for the release of the NEET admit card 2020 will be released by the authorities after April 14. NEET 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on May 3, however, with the current ongoing might affect the exam date as well. A number of requests have been received by the candidates asking the Central Government to push the NEET exam date forward. According to a media report, the HRD Secretary on these requests clarified that the decision to reschedule the NEET 2020 will be taken considering the situation. For now, the NEET will be conducted as per schedule.”
NEET is one of the largest medical examinations for admission to 79,248 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH and 525 BVSc & AH courses offered by respective colleges of India.
