NEET 2020 application correction facility available today till 5 PM

National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the correction window facility for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), on April 14, 2020, at 5:00 PM. Already registered, aspirants who wish to correct details in their application form can make the changes within the due time. No other chance will be provided by NTA for corrections. Whereas the extension of lockdown for 19 days till May 3, 2020, might lead to re-extension of application correction facility. However, there is no official announcement released yet. Earlier, NTA had re-opened the correction window facility, due to the hardships faced by candidates while making the corrections.
Candidates must note that the correction window is only available by the authority for a specific time period. Any modifications after the closing of the correction window will not be accepted by the authority in any case. Candidates are required to login to their applicant portal by entering application number and password, to edit details in application form.
How to avail the facility of the correction window facility?
Candidates can go through the step-by-step procedure to avail the correction window facility.

Visit the official website of NTA i.e. ntaneet.nic.in

Click the candidate login portal

Enter the application number and date of birth

Click on the link stating "Click here for corrections in NEET (UG)-2020 Application’.

After opening the application form, aspirants can edit/delete/modify the details.

In this step, aspirants need to cross-check the edited fields from the preview section.

Enter the One Time Password (OTP) which candidate will receive on their registered mobile number or mail ID along with the security pin for final submit.

Candidates are advised to take a printout of the correction slip by clicking on 'click here to print this page’.

What after the correction window?
NTA will release the admit card of NEET 2020 on any specified date. As no official date of releasing NEET admit cards has been announced by officials yet. The medical exam will be conducted for admission to 79,248 MBB, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH and 525 BVSc & AH courses offered by respective colleges of India.
