NEW DELHI: India’s single undergraduate medical entrance examination, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, commonly known as NEET, is scheduled to be conducted on September 13, 2020. National Testing Agency (NTA) is putting efforts for conducting the examination in a smooth and fair manner leaving no stone unturned to provide candidates with all the required facilities. To increase the movements of around 15.97 lakh registered candidates, an effort to run the special trains has been made by the Indian Railways due to COVID-19.

As per the recent reports Indian Railways will be running 4 special trains on September 12 and 13, 2020 for NEET aspirants to reach examination centre on time.

First the postponement of examination until situations come under control, then scheduling the NEET exam to not waste an academic year, followed by the SOPs and COVID-19 advisory, increase in number of exam centres from 2546 to 3843, all possible efforts to allot first preference of exam city to candidates.

This is indeed going to provide some relief to non-local candidates in reaching their allotted NEET examination centres within stipulated time. Since the trains are being especially run for NEET aspirants there will not be any difficulty in getting reservations done or confirmation of tickets.

NEET 2020 admit card

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released NEET 2020 hall ticket in online mode on August 26. Registered aspirants must download and take a printout of the admit card of NEET before the exam day and verify details mentioned on the same. In case of discrepancies, candidates must immediately inform the authorities through mail or the NEET 2020 helpline numbers.
