NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the correction window of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, or NEET 2021 at neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who appeared in NEET 2021 on September 12 are required to use the NEET 2021 correction window to make changes in their NEET 2021 application form (if any).

Along with the edit window, NTA has also opened the NEET 2021 phase 2 registrations on the official website. Both the NEET 2021 correction and phase 2 registration window can be availed until October 10. Aspirants are required to read further to know the details that can be corrected through the edit window of NEET-UG.
Given below are the steps that aspirants can follow to make changes in their NEET UG application form 2021.
Visit the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
Click on the link that says "Correction Phase II NEET (UG) 2021
Enter the application number, password and security pin
Click on the link "Click here for corrections in NEET (UG)-2021 Application”.
Following that, candidates can edit or delete or modify the details.
Cross-check the edited fields from the preview section.
Enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number or mail ID
Enter the mentioned security pin and save the changes.

Educational details for Class XI and XII such as subjects, qualification codes etc.
The qualifying codes of NEET-UG 2021 describes the qualifying examination which an applicant has passed. It is necessary for aspirants to select a code while filling the NEET 2021 application form. NTA has mentioned the NEET 2021 qualification code in the official information brochure. Aspirants must select a correct qualification code to avoid any trouble in the admission process for the future.
