NEET 2021: Don't forget to carry these documents to exam centre
NTA will conduct NEET 2021 on September 12. Candidates must carry the relevant documents to the NEET exam centre.
NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is scheduled to be held on September 12, 2021. As per the reports, this year more than 16 lakh NEET registrations have been done. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the exam in 202 NEET exam cities to ensure adherence to COVID-19 protocols. NTA will conduct the NEET 2021 in pen and paper-based. Registered candidates must carry the set of mandatory documents to the allotted NEET 2021 exam centre.

Students should reach the NEET test centre an hour before the exam starts. They should adhere to the COVID-19 protocols and maintain social distancing. The NTA has announced the exam city allotted to the candidates on August 20, 2021.
NEET 2021: Documents to carry at the exam centre
Below are certain documents along with the admit card that must be carried at the examination centre of the NEET 2021.
Passport size photograph: Candidates must carry a passport size photograph to be pasted on the attendance sheet. Another photograph should be affixed on the NEET admit card.
Valid ID proof: Any valid ID proof such as PAN card/Driving license/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card (with photograph)/Ration card any other government document should be carried for verification purpose
PwD certificate: Candidates claiming relaxation under the disability category must carry a PwD certificate issued by a competent authority.
Proforma of admit card: The proforma downloaded with NEET admit card and postcard size photograph with while background should be pasted on it
Duly filled self-declaration/ undertaking: The self-attested ‘Undertaking form’ released with the admit card must be carried at the NEET test centre. This self-declaration ensures that candidates follow COVID-19 guidelines carefully.
NEET 2021: Things not to carry at the exam centre
Candidates are not be allowed to carry the following items in the examination hall:
Bits of paper, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, and other textual things are not allowed.
No communication devices like mobile phones, calculators, bluetooth, earphone, microphone, pager, health band are permitted inside the exam hall.
Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, belts, Cap, Watch/Wristwatch, Bracelet, Camera, ornaments/metallic, and other items are prohibited.
Food items opened or packed and water bottles are not allowed
Any other item which could be used for unfair means are strictly prohibited
The undergraduate medical entrance exam is conducted for admission to 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, and 603 BVSc seats. This year, NEET scores will be used for BSc Nursing admissions.
