Candidates can download the NEET admit card without Internet at CSC by paying the nominal amount of fees. Along with that, the CSCs helps medical aspirants in every stage of NEET exam process.

The self-declaration undertaking for NEET UG 2021 hall tickets ensures that students follow COVID-19 guidelines by the government and can appear for the medical entrance exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is the competent authority to release the NEET 2021 admit card for all eligible registered candidates.

As per the exam pattern of NEET 2021, for every correct answer, 4 marks will be given to candidates, while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. Aspirants must know that no mark will be given to an unattempted question.

NEET hall ticket release date - Year wise trends

The exam date and reporting time have been mentioned on the neet.nta.nic.in NEET admit card. As there is a surge in COVID-19 cases, aspirants will be given a time slot to report at the exam centre. NEET (UG) – 2021 will now be conducted in 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. This year, two regional languages, Punjabi and Malayalam have been added to the medium of NEET 2021 question paper.

NTA has updated the tie-breaking method for NEET 2021. As per the previous exams, the age of candidates was one of the methods, on the basis of which authorities use to break the tie between two candidates with equal NEET scores. The method of using age to break the tie has been cancelled from this year.

As per the latest update NEET exam pattern 2021, there will be a total of 200 questions of which candidates need to answer 180 questions. The questions in the NEET exam pattern are divided into two sections - Section A and B. As per the released guidelines, Section A contains 35 questions while Section B will have 15 questions. Of these 15 questions in Section B, candidates need to answer 10 questions.

• Female aspirants can only wear half-sleeved tops, shirts or T-shirts on exam day

• As per the NEET 2021 dress code, low heels, sandals or chappals are allowed.

• Clothes with elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches, and more are not allowed inside the examination hall.

• Female aspirants should avoid wearing jeans.

• No ornaments like earrings, nose rings, pendants, necklace bracelets and anklets should be worn by female NEET candidates.

As per the released NEET dress code 2021, male candidates can wear as per the below-mentioned guidelines. 

• Male candidates can only wear half sleeves shirts or T-shirts.

• Light clothes without or fewer zip, pockets, big buttons, and embroidery can be worn by boys.

• For the bottom half, trousers, simple pants can be worn.

• Aspirants can only wear sandals and chappals in the NEET 2021 exam hall. Shoes are prohibited inside the examination hall of NEET-UG.

After the NEET exam hall ticket is downloaded, students have to paste their passport size photograph, same as uploaded in the application form on the space provided. Also, they must put the signature and left-hand thumb impression on the designated space. Candidates must take their parent's signature before reporting at the exam centre.

• The photo should be of 2.5 mm X 3.5 mm
• It should be a coloured photograph captured on a white background
• The photograph should be clear with no marks
• At least 80% of the face and head should be captured
• Students who wear spectacles should wear them while getting the photograph
• Caps, goggles, ornaments and more should not be worn

NEET halll ticket self-declaration form or undertaking is issued by the NTA. NEET 2021 admit card undertaking must be filled before reporting at the exam centre to ensure that candidate follows the COVID-19 guidelines. As per the self-declaration form of NEET-UG admit card, aspirants have to provide the following information:
