NEET 2021 phase 2 registration closes in two days; NTA says no documents required
NTA has notified that no documents to be uploaded during NEET phase 2 registration. NEET 2021 2nd phase application form to be available till October 10.
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an official notification for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 at neet.nta.nic.in. As per the NEET 2021 latest update on phase 2 registration, medical aspirants do not need to upload any documents.

Candidates will have to complete the neet.nta.nic.in phase 2 registration 2021 on or before the NEET phase 2 registration last date, October 10, 2021. NTA has introduced two phases of NEET application form 2021 to ensure that candidates’ details are filled quickly.
However, earlier in the released brochure, NTA mentioned that candidates will have to upload their Category, Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), Class 10 and Citizenship certificate
during the second phase of NEET 2021 registration, which includes uploading four documents, Category certificate, Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) certificate, 10th certificate, Citizenship certificate.

In the notice, NTA said, “No documents need to be uploaded in filling up the Second Phase of Online Application Form for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG)-2021.”
NEET phase 2 registration window: Details to fill
Aspirants have to fill in the below-mentioned details in their NEET UG 2021 phase 2 registration form before the last date.
Personal details like girl child, Place of residence, Minority category if applicable
Educational Qualifications (class 10, 11and 12): Mode of preparation, year of passing, schooling details, marks obtained / CGPA, board, roll number etc.
Place of Birth
Parental Income details
NEET 2021 correction window; edit details
NTA has also opened the correction window, now candidates can also make corrections to their phase 1 applications during this window if required. Candidates must note that they do not have to pay any extra fee to fill the application form or make corrections in NEET Phase 2 registration form.
NTA conducts NEET 2021 exam for granting medical UG admission. Every year, NEET is conducted to fill 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, and 603 BVSc and AH seats. The NEET scores will be used for admission to BSc Nursing courses. It is expected that NEET 2021 results will be released soon at neet.nta.nic.in. Any confirmation on NEET 2021 result dates is still awaited.
