NEET 2021 registration to end soon; Apply at neet.nta.nic.in

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the application form window for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) on August 6, 2021, at 11.50 pm. Candidates planning to appear for the undergraduate medical entrance exam must fill and submit the NEET 2021 application time before the last date. Students must also assure that the details submitted are valid, else the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled in the further admission process.

The last date of NEET registration 2021 has been extended till August 10. The eligible candidates can fill the NEET 2021 application form till the last date at the official website - neet.nta.nic.in or nta.ac.in. The correction window of NEET UG 2021 will be available from August 11.

NEET UG 2021 will be held on September 12 for admission to 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, and 525 BVSc and AH, 1,899 AIIMS and 249 JIPMER seats. Read to know more details about NEET 2021 registrations.

Steps to register for NEET UG 2021

Mentioned below are the steps to fill NEET UG application form 2021.

• Visit neet.nta.nic.in and click on the link "Fill registration form".

• Enter the asked details such as your name, your mother's name, father's name (in capital letters) as given in the Class 12 application.

• A password must also be created as per the specifications mentioned by the NTA.

• After entering the asked details and password, a provisional application number will be generated after registration for NEET 2021 login.

• Fill the remaining NEET 2021 application form by entering the personal, academic and contact details, choosing the exam centre, dress code details

• Upload all the scanned images of passport and postcard size photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression as per required specifications.

• Pay NEET 2021 application fee which is Rs 1500 for General/OBC candidates, Rs 1400 for General-EWS/ OBC-NCL and Rs 800 for SC/ST/PH candidates.

• Take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

How to edit details in NEET application form 2021 after the final submission

After the submission of the application form, if any aspirant mistakenly fills in any incorrect information, she/he can edit the details with the help of the NEET 2021 correction window. The authority will open the correction window facility for NEET 2021 registered candidates from August 8 to 12.

During the correction window, candidates will be able to make required changes in the details filled, choice of exam centres, photographs, signature, and left-hand thumb impression. Since only limited particulars can be edited through the correction window, aspirants are advised to fill the application form of NEET 2021 carefully.
