Recently, the Centre moved the Supreme Court to seek a stay on Bombay High Court’s order in which it directed it to conduct re-examination (NEET 2021) for two medical aspirants.

The Centre filed a petition in which it stated that while the NEET result 2021 is ready to be declared, it is unable to declare the result due to Bombay HC’s order.
On October 20, the Bombay High Court directed the NTA to conduct the NEET exam afresh for two medical college aspirants as they had been handed question papers and answer sheets with incorrect serial numbers during the recently held exam.
