NEW DELHI: The result of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET 2021 will be announced at neet.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in. More than 16 lakh candidates are eagerly waiting for their NEET results. Through NEET scorecard 2021, students can check their overall marks and percentile scores obtained.
Usually, NTA releases the NEET-UG result press release mentioning the marks vs rank and percentile of top 50 candidates. Since the students are waiting for their results, they can also check the NEET marks vs rank , percentile of previous years toppers.

NEET result 2021: Tie-breaking criteria
Last year, the toppers Soyeb Aftab and Akansha Singh obtained 720/720, however, they were allotted AIR-1 and 2, respectively, due to tie-breaking criteria. Similarly, in order to break the tie between two or more candidates with the same marks, the NTA will follow the NEET 2021 result tie-breaking criteria. This year, the age criteria to break the tie has been removed.

Candidates with higher marks or percentile scores in Biology will be awarded better rank

Students with higher marks or percentile in the Chemistry section of the NEET exam will be placed at better rank

At last, aspirants with lesser number of incorrect answers than others will be considered first in the NEET merit list
NEET 2021 exam was held on September 12, for admission to 83,075 medical, 26,949 dental, 52,720 AYUSH, 603 veterinary seats in India. Also, the admission to BSc Nursing courses will be done on the basis of NEET scores.
