NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the admit cards for the National Eligiblity cum Entrance Test, NEET UG 2022 at neet.nta.nic.in. The single largest undergraduate medical exam will be held on July 17, 2022, with all the safety measures.

To ensure that each aspirant is safe to appear for NEET 2022, NTA releases a self-declaration undertaking along with the hall ticket. The NTA NEET admit card 2022 undertaking is a self-declaration form to ensure that an aspirant is safe to appear in the exam. The form includes the following details:
Candidates will have to mention if they have had any COVID-19-related symptoms in the last 14 days.
Students also need to confirm if they have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Details of a candidate's travel history 14 days prior to reporting to the NEET 2022 exam centre must be filled too. Candidates will have to list the names of cities/countries and the date of arrival in the NEET 2022 allotted exam city.
Given below are the quick steps to download and fill the NEET 2022 undertaking manually.
Go to the official website: neet.nta.nic.in
Click on the ‘NEET UG 2022 admit card’ link
Log in by filling in the asked details
Fill details in the 'online self-declaration undertaking form' and submit.
Then click on the 'Download admit card' tab. The NEET 2022 admit card will appear on the screen along with the self-declaration undertaking form
Verify the details mentioned on the admit card
Download the admit card and take two-three printouts of all the pages
Fill the details asked in the NEET 2022 self-declaration undertaking manually with a blue pen
Affix a passport-size photograph as uploaded in the NEET 2022 application form.
Get the NEET 2022 admit card undertaking signed by the parents/guardian
A left thumb impression and signature on the NTA NEET 2022 undertaking will also be put upon reaching the exam centre in front of the invigilator.
NEET 2022 will be held for admission to medical, dental, BSc nursing and AYUSH courses in India.
