NEW DELHI:
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET 2022) result anytime at neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download their NEET 2022 result cum scorecard by entering the login credentials.

To qualify for the NEET exam 2022, candidates will have to secure the minimum
cutoff for NEET 2022
. In a situation where two or more candidates secure the same scores, the tie-breaking criteria for NEET 2022 by NTA will be applied. Read further to know more details on the same.

NTA will employ the below-mentioned tie-breaking criteria in case two or more candidates secure the equal marks/ percentile scores in the NEET 2022.

Candidates securing higher marks in Biology will be given first preference.

If the tie is not resolved, the candidate with higher marks in Chemistry will secure higher rank in the merit list.

In case, tie still remains, the candidate with higher marks in Physics will be given preference.

If the tie still persists, the candidate with less proportion of incorrect answers and correct answers in all the subjects will secure higher rank.

Followed by, candidates with less proportion of incorrect and correct answers in Biology will secure higher rank in the NEET 2022 merit list.

If the issue is not resolved, candidates with less proportion of incorrect and correct answers in Chemistry will be given preference.

Candidates with less proportion of incorrect and correct answers in Physics will secure higher rank in case tie still remains.

Candidates with older age will be given preference afterwards.

At last preference will be given to the application number in ascending order.
