NEET PG 2019 result declared; Check steps to download the result

NEW DELHI, January 31: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has declared the NEET PG result 2019 on January 31. The exam was conducted on January 6 for all the candidates and reconducted for the candidates belonging to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The exam was held in the online platform in a single session in 165 cities across the country. The result of NEET PG 2019 mentions the name of the candidate along with total marks, percentile scores, cutoff marks. Through NEET PG scores, aspirants will be granted admission to Masters of Surgery (MS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) courses offered by medical colleges across India.

The score card of NEET PG 2019 will be available from February 6, for all qualified aspirants. To download the NEET PG result 2019 , candidates can follow the steps listed below.

NEET PG Cut off

Along with the result, the authority has also released the category-wise cut off in accordance with the minimum required percentile which is necessary to secure to clear the examination. NEET PG cut off and the corresponding score has been provided in the table below.

NEET PG Counselling 2019

After the declaration of the result, NBE will be releasing two types of merit lists in online mode.  An overall merit list and an All India Quota (50%) merit list will be issued which is most likely to be released two weeks after the declaration of result. This merit list of NEET PG will contain both overall AIQ rank and category-specific rank. Candidates who have secured the minimum cutoff  for 50% AIQ seats will be called for counselling which will be done by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and the remaining 50% state quota seats will be filled by respective state counselling committee.
