New Delhi: National Board of Examinations (NBE) is all set to declare the results for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) exam. As per the NBE officials, NEET PG 2020 result date is on or before January 31. However, it has also been requested to stay tuned at nbe.edu.in NEET PG result 2020 link. Candidates who appeared for NEET PG exam on January 5, can check their marks obtained (out of 1200), All India Rank (AIR), qualifying status in NEET PG results PDF. Also, they can check category-wise equivalent cutoff scores for qualifying percentile set by NBE.

For the test takers belonging to the Unreserved (UR) category, it is 50th percentile. While for SC/ST/OBC and UR-PH medical graduates, it is 40th and 45th percentile, respectively. Those securing the cutoff will be included in the result of NEET PG 2020. Qualifiers can download NEET PG scorecard 2020 from the first week of February. NEET PG counselling will be conducted in online mode from second week of March for admission to 19,953 MD, 10,821 MS, 1979 PG Diploma and 1338 DNB seats.

NEET PG result 2020 for withheld candidates
The qualifying status of some candidates in NEET PG results will be mentioned as withheld. Such candidates will be required to send their MBBS mark sheets and other relevant documents to the NBE as per the specified schedule. Once the documents for such aspirants will be received, it is expected that NEET PG 2020 result will be declared within a week or two.

Aforementioned, medical graduates whose name will be mentioned in NBE NEET PG 2020 result can download the scorecard on the first week of February. It is mandatory to download the scorecards as it will be required at the time of counselling and admission process. After NEET PG 2020 result
Aspirants who qualify for the NEET PG exam can participate for counselling process. Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct NEET PG 2020 counselling online in three rounds including mop-up round. The admission to eligible aspirants will be done on the basis of NEET PG scores, preferences of colleges as well as courses, seats availability, reservation criteria and other information.
