NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the choice filling facility for the NEET PG 2022 stray vacancy round. Important instruction for choice filling of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET PG 2022) stray vacancy round counselling has been announced on the official website, mcc.nic.in.

The choices of mop-up round will be considered for seat allocation for candidates who do not modify their choices for stray vacancy round NEET PG 2022. The choice filling and locking window was made available yesterday, November 26 from 2 PM onwards.
“The candidates who do not want to participate in Stray Vacancy Round but have filled choices in Mop Up Round of PG Counselling 2022 should log in to their account and remove all of their choices. In such a case the software will pick their choices as ‘NIL’ and no seat will be allotted to them,” the MCC in its latest notice said.
“The seats will be offered to respective category/ Internal candidates of respective quota first, during seat processing. In case no more internal candidates/ category candidates are available, the seats will be converted to General / All India Quota as per counselling policy, so that no precious seat goes waste,” it said.

After processing the seat allocation from November 27 to 28, the NEET PG stray vacancy round allocation will be announced on November 29 at mcc.nic.in. Candidates who are allotted a medical college will be given a four day window, from November 29 to December 2, to report to the allotted college.
