NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) is expected to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) in August, according to The Indian Express report. As of now, there has been no official confirmation regarding the exact NEET PG 2024 revised exam date. However, Abhijat Sheth, president of NBE, has told The Indian Express that the NEET PG revised exam date will be announced "hopefully before next weekend."

The NEET PG 2024 was postponed by the ministry of health on June 22. The NEET PG 2024 was scheduled to be held on June 23 but was postponed due to allegations of paper leaks and other discrepancies in competitive examinations.
NEET PG 2024 was initially scheduled to take place on March 3. The exam was then rescheduled for July 7 and then June 23. NEET PG 2024 exam will be conducted for admission to 13,886 Master of Surgery (MS), 26,699 Doctor of Medicine (MD), and 922 PG Diploma seats.
The NEET PG 2024 exam will be held online in computer-based mode. The medium of the NEET PG 2024 exam is English only. The duration of NEET PG 2024 exam is 3 hours 30 minutes. The NEET PG 2024 exam will be divided into 3 sections. There will be sectional timing for each section. There will be a total of 200 multiple-choice questions in the NEET PG 2024 exam. The NEET PG 2024 carries a total of 800 marks. Candidates will get 4 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect answer.
