NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has reduced the NEET PG cut-off percentile for subsequent rounds of counselling, as per the decision taken by the ministry of health and family welfare (MoHFW). The NEET PG round 3 allotment results were scheduled to be announced today, however, the MCC is expected to announce revised schedule due to the change in cut-offs.

The NEET PG cut-off 2024 for general category has been reduced to 15 percentile and for reserved category it has been lowered to 10 percentile. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be allotted seats in the NEET PG counselling rounds.

NEET PG cut-off reduction

Hearing a petition seeking relaxation in the PG medical admission, the Delhi High Court on Friday ordered a reduction in the NEET PG cut-off percentile for the remaining rounds. The decision was announced by the ministry after consultation with the National Medical Commission (NMC).
