NEET PG & MDS Counselling 2019: MCC releases mop-up round result 2 days before scheduled date

NEW DELHI, May 18: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the NEET PG & MDS counselling 2019 result for the mop-up round on May 17, 2019, two days before the expected date. With the declaration of mop-up round seat allotment list, MCC has also provided an opportunity to qualified candidates to send them any query regarding the result on mccresultquery@gmail.com. An official notice released by the MCC specifies that the final NEET PG & MDS seat allotment 2019 will be published on May 18, 2019.

The result has been made available in PDF format, mentioning the All India Rank (AIR), quota, institute and category allotted, remarks. The result has been released for admission to seats offered in ESIC, Deemed and Central Universities.

  • The provisional result for medical and dental courses is available in the ‘Download’ section.

  • Open the allotted list of round two and search for the All India Rank.

Final NEET PG/MDS counselling result 2019

The final allotment list is scheduled to be announced on May 18, 2019. With the release of provisional results two days before, MCC has provided the provision for candidates to report any type of discrepancies in allotment list released. Along with the final result, DGHS will release the allotment letter for the mop-up round. In order to download the allotment letter, medical graduates need to enter their stream (medical/dental), round number, roll number and provided security pin.

Who were eligible?

Candidates who registered for the first time along with candidates who had registered but were not allotted a seat in round one & round two. All candidates except those who are holding a seat of round one or round two were eligible to participate. All candidates who had become eligible after lowering of NEET PG cutoff were also eligible to participate in the mop-up round.

What next?

Aspirants who have been allotted a seat must report at the respective college with the original documents for verification, payment of tuition fees and completion of the admission process. After the last date of reporting at respective colleges is over, list of ten times (of the registered candidates) of the number of stray vacancies will be sent to Deemed / Central Universities to be exhausted strictly in order of merit. Final stray vacancy round will be conducted by Deemed/ Central Universities/ ESIC for which there will be no fresh registrations.
