NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - postgraduate (NEET PG 2023) round 3 fresh registration will begin today. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) decided to reopen the registration and choice filling window after the NEET PG cut-off 2023 was reduced to zero. All candidates who appeared for the exam will now be eligible to apply at the MCC official website, mcc.nic.in.
The MCC has also allowed candidates who wish to edit their nationality from Indian to NRI for NEET PG round 3 counselling. Such applicants will have to send all required documents through e-mail nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com by 5 PM today. “Mails received before/after the stipulated time will not be considered,” it said.
Candidates who have already been made eligible in round-3 earlier and have been converted to NRI, need not send their documents again, the MCC clarified.
Along with the revised NEET PG round 3 schedule, the MCC said that the last date for NEET PG counselling 2023 will be on October 20. The academic session 2023-24 for the PG medical students has already begun on September 5.
The MCC has directed all participating institutes and medical colleges to treat all Saturdays and Sundays and gazetted holidays as working days “for ensuring faithful obedience of time schedule and also keeping in view the limited time available for conducting counselling.”

The NEET PG registration link for round 3 will be hosted on the MCC official website, mcc.nic.in. The committee will notify candidates once the registration begins. Medical aspirants will have to enter their NEET PG roll number and generate password. They will have to login again through the registration window to fill the form and choice of colleges and course in the order of their preference.
