NEW DELHI; July 18: Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued the allotment letters for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) round two from July 18, 2019, onwards. The individual admission letters can be downloaded from the official website i.e. mcc.nic.in. The counselling body has released the result of NEET counselling second round on July 17, 2019. Once downloading the allotment letter, aspirants must report to the designated colleges with relevant documents for verification and completion of admission process.

Before downloading the NEET allotment letters, candidates shortlisted for admission in deemed/central universities must provide their option to accept/rejection for the seat allotted. However, medical aspirants under All India Quota seats are not allowed to reject the seat after the second round of allotment. The mop-up round for deemed and central universities will begin from August 13, with the registration process.

Here are the steps to download NEET seat allotment letter:

  • Click on the NEET allotment letter official link here.

  • In the login page, select the round of counselling and enter the roll number, date of birth and security pin

  • Clicking on submit, the allotment letter appears on the screen

With the announcement of result for round two, the authority had asked the students to mail the discrepancy in the list at mccresultquery@gmail.com before the release of final result.

It is mandatory to download and carry the allotment letter along with the other documents to the allotted college. The allotment letter mentions the name, All India Rank, category rank, percentile scores, marks obtained (out of 720) and name of college allotted.

NEET counselling 2019 is being conducted for admission to 4,591 seats under 15% All India Quota offered by 235 government medical and dental colleges. Along with that, the seat allotment process is for the admission to 100% seats offered by Deemed universities, Central Universities (DU, AMU, BHU, JMI, VMMC & SH) and ESIC colleges.
